Everyone is welcome to join our fun-filled, Platinum activities at the Castle. All craft activities will take place in Pug Yard Learning Centre, which can be found just inside the walls of the Castle.

If the weather is kind, why not bring a picnic to enjoy within the yard - you may even be lucky enough to be entertained by some local live musicians during your visit!

Craft activities

Children will get into the Jubilee spirit with a range of activities inspired by the Platinum Jubilee.

Workshops in the State Apartments

On Saturday, 28 May and the two Bank Holidays (Thursday, 2 June & Friday, 3 June), families can take part in exciting, interactive workshops and learn all about Her Majesty's 70 year reign.  These short sessions will be held in the State Apartments.
