A hand-coloured print of Napoleon who attempts to escape from a fiery pit of hell, whilst balancing his right foot on a bubble that has been blown from the pipe of the Devil. Napoleon, using a sword, fights two green dragons that impede his escape and which breathe fire at him. The Devil sits back in his chair, amused at the sight and holds a clay pipe from which hangs a second bubble, with other demons seated around.
