Seven portrait medals of Royal children

Leonard Wyon made sketches of the children at Osborne during the summer of 1850, and the resulting bronze medals were shown at the Great Exhibition the following year. Silvered versions were set into the jewel cabinet by Elkingtons (no. 176) which was also displayed at the Crystal Palace.
