    These candelabra, each containing 31 candles, were made to light Pennethorne’s new Ballroom at Buckingham Palace. They were manufactured in Paris, under the supervision of Ludwig Gruner, who was responsible for all aspects of the Ballroom’s neo-Renaissance decoration.
