Kalki, the tenth incarnation of Vishnu.

The tenth, final, avatar of Vishnu is Kalki, the harbinger of the end of time. He is depicted on the right holding his khandā (double-edge straight sword) in one hand and bow and arrow in the other. He is leading his white, winged horse which he will ride across the earth killing all that is evil.
