This letter, Nicholas II’s last to King George V, expresses the Emperor’s determination to press on with the war alongside Russia’s allies. While it details some logistical difficulties in Russia, it gives no indication of the situation which would lead to revolution and the Emperor’s abdication some four weeks later.
