    The Duke of Edinburgh and Prince Charles in 'Bluebottle'

    Prince Philip started sailing while he was at Gordonstoun School in Scotland. He can be seen above with Prince Charles in the Dragon Class keelboat Bluebottle. The boat was a gift to The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh on their marriage from the Island Sailing Club, Cowes, Isle of Wight. The Duke sailed it competitively for a number of years.
