Liverpool was written by Carol Ann Duffy after the publication of the Hillsborough report in September 2012. In 1989 at the Sheffield Wednesday FC stadium, 96 Liverpool football fans were crushed to death during the FA Cup semi-final against Nottingham Forest. Presented by Stephen Raw, 2014
