Passengers are disembarking from a stagecoach outside the Sun Inn, Bodmin. An altercation takes place between one of the coachmen and a passenger – the argument is reflected in the fighting of the dog and pig nearby. Rowlandson regularly visited Cornwall, where his patron Mathew Michell had a house near Bodmin. Cat. 53
