Mapping Wilson's views

Sir Walter Scott discovered Scotland with his pen, and George Washington Wilson resdiscovered it with his camera.

The growing appeal of Scotland as a tourist destination led to a demand for photograph souvenirs. George Washington Wilson traveled widely to capture landscape photography that that could be used in this way.
