This glorious naval pageant depicts the departure of Frederick, Elector Palatine, and Princess Elizabeth (daughter of James VI and I) from England following their wedding ceremony in London in 1613. The King and Queen are among the large retinue which bid farewell to the couple as they set sail for Flushing in Zeeland. Acquired by Queen Victoria in 1858 No. 21
