RCIN 11288

This spectacular sword is set with a mixture of traditionally-cut Indian stones (lasques), which are polished but unfaceted and rose and brilliant-cut diamonds, probably cut in Europe.  It was presented to King Edward VII by the Maharaja of Jaipur as a coronation present on 9 August 1902.
