    This view is very similar to the view of the Quiraing taken by Wilson. The main focal point in this case is ‘Needle Rock’ that stands at 120 feet. When he returned to photograph the Quiraing in 1886, Wilson described the geological features:

    From the sea these shattered cliffs appear like the wreck of a great city, and present the most wonderful scenic effects
