An Algerian gourd-shaped powder flask with spherical body, narrow tapering neck and baluster stopper attached by a chain with pearls and emeralds. The neck and body embossed or chased with arabesques, ogee arches and scrolling foliage. The flask decorated with purple velvet, emerald and enamels.
