The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh visited Ghana in November 1999 ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Durban, South Africa. It was presented to Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of the visit to Accra, Ghana, November 1999 by Mr Anthony Kwadwo Gyasi.
