HM The Queen meets Inuit Girl-Guides during her Canadian Tour

The Queen talks with Girl Guides from the Inuit community in Resolute Bay in the North West of Canada. She wears a traditional-fur trimmed parka presented to her earlier in the tour. Personalised parkas were also presented to The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Charles and Princess Anne, who were accompanying The Queen. The ten-day itinerary spanned Manitoba and the Northwest Territories (the latter then including what is now Nunavut), taking The Queen to the Arctic for the first time.
