Hogarth and Europe

Tate Britain’s new exhibition examines the work on William Hogarth in the context of European art. Prints, drawings and paintings by Hogarth and his European contemporaries will be lent from the Royal Collection, which will allow comparisons to be made between artistic output in Britain and on the continent during the eighteenth century.
