Description

A black basalt bowl with self coloured low relief decoration of alternating vertical stems of bluebells and poppies, gilt edged border and foot, the inner rim with inscription.

Provenance

Presented to Queen Elizabeth II and HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh by the People of Stafford Borough during the visit to celebrate 800 years of the community at Stafford, 31 March 2006.
