Illustration to Book 7 of the Bhagavata Purana, Chapter 5: The demons continue their attempts to kill Prahlada outside the palace walls: he is set alight seated on a pyre then thrown into the river and rocks piled on top of him. He remains faithful to Vishnu throughout and the demons' assaults have no effect.
