An engraving believed to be after a lost preparatory design by Raphael for the fresco Isaac blesses Jacob painted by the workshop of Raphael (c.1517-19) in the vault of the fifth bay of the Raphael Loggia in the Vatican. Lettered top right 'RAFAEL / URBINAS / INVEN', and signed with the engraver's monogram at lower right (Nagler 1423). Trimmed irregularly inside platemark. Second state, with the date reinscribed from 1522 to 1524.
