A photograph of a drawing now in the Devonshire Collection, Chatsworth House (inv. no.59). Formerly attributed to Raphael and now generally ascribed to Giulio Romano, the drawing is preparatory for the figure of a fallen warrior painted in the right foreground of the fresco of The Battle of Constantine at the Milvian Bridge, executed by Raphael's workshop in the Sala di Costantino in the Vatican (1520-24) after designs by the master.
