The painting, now attributed to Vincenzo Catena, is currently housed in the Staatliche Gemäldegalerie, Dresden. Another painting of this subject by Catena was previoulsy in the collection of Count Mexborough, London (G. Robertson, Vincenzo Catena, 1954, pp.56ff).
