This print is a copy after an engraving by Marcantonio Raimondi, a first state impression of which can be found at RCIN 851273.
The print shows the full-length seated Virgin, holding the Christ Child with both hands, with Saint Elizabeth bending over the cradle at left and St Anne standing behind them with outstretched arms; an angel holding an amphora next to a water basin at right; in an interior.Provenance
