A photograph of the Virgin holding the Christ Child in her arms; a detail from the so-called Sistine Madonna, a painting by Raphael now in the Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister, Dresden (inv. no.93). Not listed in Ruland's catalogue of the Raphael Collection (1876). A photograph by Braun showing the entire painting can be found at RCIN 851062.
