A photograph of the so-called Tempi Madonna, a painting executed by Raphael for the Tempi family (1507-08) now in the Alte Pinakothek, Munich (inv. no.WA 796). As lettered on the sheet, the painting was then in the possession of King Ludwig I of Bavaria and was housed in the Munich Pinakothek.
Showing the half length standing Virgin holding the Christ Child, at whom she looks dearly while inclining her head and pressing her cheek to His; in a landscape.
