Etching with hand colouring of George IV as king. Satire in which George IV is depicted as a fisherman sitting in a pavilion beside the figure of his mistress, Elizabeth Conyngham, Marchioness Conyngham. The King sits on gilded furniture and holds a fishing rod, with which he has caught a frog, which Elizabeth Conyngham attempts to remove from the river with a net. With a kingfisher on the opposite bank to the left, and a view of the Royal Lodge and Windsor Castle in the background. With English inscriptions, including publisher's address, 'Pubd. June, 1826 by S W Fores 41 Piccadilly.' Borders trimmed. Not in O'Donoghue
