A large silver Jersey milk churn. The sides engraved with crests of the twelve parishes of the Island of Jersey.
Provenance
Presented to Queen Elizabeth II by the 12 Parishes of Jersey, 1957, during her first official visit to Jersey as Head of State.
On the same day she was presented with a Jersey cow named Beauchamp Oxford Lady, who joined the royal dairy herd at Windsor. -
