-
A silver-plated bracelet featuring nine photographic portraits of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's children. The portraits are framed and joined by double-winged putti heads. The final portrait of Princess Beatrice is suspended by a single winged putto head.
As the bracelet was given to Queen Victoria in 1854, it is likely the putto feature, holding a photographic portrait of Princess Beatrice, was added later, after her birth in 1857.Provenance
Given to Queen Victoria by Prince Albert for her birthday, 24th May 1854
