Provenance
Possibly the 'very fine... topaz cross in gold' billed to George IV when Prince Regent, by Rundell, Bridge & Rundell, for £31 10s on 2 May 1816 (RA GEO/MAIN/25917). Acquired by Rev. Mr Hawkins, of the Order of St John. Purchased (with RCIN 52302) by Edward VII when Prince of Wales, from Phillips Bros & Sons, in or after February 1895.
