Sash badge: Gold 5-arched crown above eight-pointed white enamel cross on 1/2 laurel 1/2 oak wreath. Obverse centre: gold, right profile head of King Otto I, surrounded by inscription, gold in blue; Reverse centre: Greek cross, white on blue, arms of Wittelsbach at centre, surrounded by motto 'Thy Right Hand O Lord be Glorified in Might'. with a pale blue sash of watered silk with a narrow white border.
