Bronze bust of The Queen, head turned to her left, wearing a George IV diadem (the Diamond Diadem), a diamond collet necklace and earrings, and a mantle over a dress, with the riband and Star of the Order of the Garter. The Order of Australia is pinned to the riband.

Presented by the Honourable Robert J. L. Hawke, the Prime Minister of Australia, on behalf of the Government and People of Australia, Canberra, 9 May 1988, to mark the occasion of the opening of Parliament House.
