Photograph showing half length portrait of Princess Elizabeth, now HM Queen Elizabeth II (b. 1926), The Duke of Edinburgh, now HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (1921-2021) and Prince Charles, now HRH Prince of Wales (b. 1948), all smiling.
The Prince of Wales spent his early years at Clarence House, his parents’ London home in St James’s Palace. It was there that the Canadian portrait photographer Yousuf Karsh took this photograph of the young family in 1951.
