Acquired by Queen Victoria.
The Golden Jubilee gifts were exhibited at St James's Palace between September and 23 November 1887, after which they were placed on display briefly at Windsor Castle for the queen's viewing, before being loaned to Bethnal Green Museum from January 1888 followed by the Glasgow International Exhibition, before being displayed in the Grand Vestibule at Windsor Castle. -
