Castle Grant was constructed during the 15th century by the Clan Comyn near to the town of Grantown-on-Spey in Scotland. The castle was originally named Freuchie Castle but changed its name to Castle Grant when the castle passed into the hands of the Grant family who were in support of the Hanoverians.
