Photograph of 'Queen Catherine of Aragon's Interview with Capucius, Henry VIII's Ambassador, at Kimbolton' by Charles Robert Leslie. The painting depicts Act 4 scene 2 from Henry VIII with the dying Queen Catherine seated in a chair, covered by a blanket. Capucius stands beside her, on the left, and gazes down at a letter that the Queen wishes to be delivered to the King outlining the Queen's wish that her daughter is spared. A woman, possibly a maid, and a man stand on the right side of the painting. A painting of Henry VIII is positioned above the fireplace. An identification number can be seen in the lower left corner.
