Working for us

Find out about our huge range of roles and what it's like working for Royal Collection Trust

Caroline, Sales and Marketing Officer

Our section is responsible for paid-for and partnership promotional activity to drive ticket sales for the royal residences and temporary exhibitions at The Queen's Galleries. We also support online retail sales, the events programme and family activities in London, Windsor and Edinburgh. Our team is split by discipline, with members focusing on consumer, digital and trade marketing.

Whether we are writing the brief for a new advertising campaign, liaising with group organisers, contracting with a new travel trade partner or overseeing Royal Collection Trust's social media activity, we always look to the wider marketplace and work to understand the motivations of  tourism and arts audiences from the UK and overseas. This knowledge helps us to create compelling visuals and messages, in line with Royal Collection Trust's brand.

At all times we work closely with colleagues in Press, Ticketing & Sales, Learning and Visitor Services to ensure that what we promise to a visitor is delivered as an experience on site. The scope and turnover of our exhibitions ensure that there is always something new and exciting for us to market.

We look for enthusiastic, collaborative and creative people with great attention to detail and business acumen, and of course with a genuine interest in history, the arts and heritage.
